Members of a leading West Midlands business group were give advice on how they can use their company website content to generate new opportunities in a session by Osborn Communications.
Representatives of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Platinum group, made up of leading employers across the region, joined the webinar by director Chris Leggett entitled “Making Sure Your Company Website Shares Your Good News”.
The morning session with the group came after Osborn was invited to share best practice having been named start-up business of the year by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.
The Osborn presentation covered the scenarios which lead businesses to improve their digital content, research on the importance of websites to customer decisions and the positioning of online in the marketing mix.
Osborn is up for the New Business of the Year award at the Birmingham BusinessLive Awards 2022, organised by Reach, the leading publisher for the UK’s second city.
Marketing opportunities
Covering areas for businesses to consider with practical advice on setting priorities, the webinar on March 3 also looked at online content in the customer journey and gave delegates effective strategies to take the next steps.
