Osborn Communications has been named as finalist for a prestigious PR award.
We are in the running for the micro agency of the year prize at the PRmoment Awards 2025, with the winner to be announced in April.
The PRmoment Awards, organised by the news title for the industry, celebrate excellence and recognise and reward outstanding campaigns and exceptional talent in the UK PR and communications sector.
Our second recent finalist placing comes after 12 months in which our core team of three, who provide PR and media relations services, worked with our biggest clients to date and delivered impactful campaigns across digital, broadcast and print media.
Backed with specialist associates offering complementary services including video, photography and web design, Osborn has grown its client base over the last 12 months to work with market leading businesses and continued to grow revenues year on year.
Osborn Communications provides strategic PR and content writing services on behalf of a diverse range of businesses to ensure consistent, impactful and positive engagement with their target audiences.
Clients thanked
Founder Chris Leggett said: “We are delighted to be named as a finalist in the PRmoment Awards, alongside some of the very best PR and communications agencies in the UK.
“Thank you to all our clients and partners for their support since 2020. We look forward to building on this recognition with more impactful work as we continue to grow and deliver results for a diverse range of businesses.”
Sponsored by Censuswide, the category is open to any consultancy, whether multi-discipline or niche, with a PR fee income of less than £500,000.
We are finalists in the PRmoment Awards North 2025, with a separate event being staged for counterparts in the south. The PRmoment Awards North take place on April 3 in Manchester.
The PR Moment recognition comes on the back of Osborn being named sales and marketing award finalists at the 2025 Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Awards, to be announced in a ceremony next Thursday (February 27) at the ICC in Centenary Square.
Awards progress
The Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Awards celebrate “the very best in Greater Birmingham business and recognise the achievements of those who have demonstrated excellence in their field”.
Recent successes include supporting Black Country Chamber CEO Sarah Moorhouse when she appeared live on BBC Breakfast and national news bulletins and continuing a winning streak in award entry writing.
Since September 2021, our track record for award writing now stands at 35 wins and 144 finalist placings. Osborn won the 2021 start up business of the year award from Black Country Chamber of Commerce. A campaign to get more women into work in the security sector, which we supported with PR and media work, won a top marketing award in 2022.
The agency is supporting four good causes, one for each of the years of progress since it was founded in 2020 by director and former BBC journalist Chris Leggett.
